LEGO The Yoda Chronicles Exclusive Minifigure

I’m a bit late on this….USA Today have revealed the exclusive minifigure that is to be included with the upcoming LEGO The Yoda Chronicles book (written by Daniel Lipkowitz and published by Dorling Kindersley). The LEGO minifigure that goes with the book is a Special Forces Commander Clone Trooper of the 501st legion of clones (see photos below). The book itself is 64 pages, will be released in July 2013 and will retail for US$18.99. The Yoda Chronicles TV show will première at Cartoon Network on May 29th 2013 and you can watch some short videos that LEGO have posted for the build up to the series here. LEGO Minifigures Character Encyclopedia Exclusive Minifig

Way back in November last year, we reported about the Dorling Kindersley LEGO books lineup for the year of 2013. One of the books mentioned was the LEGO Minifigures Character Encyclopedia that is to be released in May with an exclusive minifigure. Fans started to guess what the figure would be and, back then, we weren’t completely sure of what the minifig would be. Just a few hours ago, the Hong Kong LEGO Users Group (HKLUG) revealed the figure to be a Toy Soldier dressed in a red and blue coloured uniform with a Pirates-style rifle and a wind-up key.The encyclopedia itself will feature all the minfigures from Series 1 to the upcoming Series 10 in a total of 208 pages, will have a price tag of US$18.99 and is scheduled to become available from May 1st 2013 onwards, although you can pre-order it on Amazon (UK ¦ US) now.
