LEGO City 2014 Official Set Images

Late last month, we published two images of next year’s LEGO City sets that were found on the back of some instruction booklets for other City sets. Those images weren’t of the best quality and didn’t show much detail. As pretty much every 2014 official set image is revealed, we bring you the LEGO City 2014 official set images courtesy of Walmart.ca.

I like pretty much all of these sets but my favourites for this bunch would have to be 60059 Logging Truck, 60056 Tow Truck (I have the last City tow truck and this one is a great improvement) and maybe 60057 Camper Van (mainly because of the long camper and the canoe). As you can probably see, I don’t really like the City Police sub-theme sets as they pretty much redo different sets (like the Police Station) every year.

LEGO City 2014 Set Images

This may be old news for some, but just after the LEGO Speedorz set was revealed on Eurobricks, images have been discovered on the back of the 4203 Excavator Transport City Mining and 60020 Cargo Truck set instructions that appear to show previously unseen LEGO City sets from both the Police and Great Vehicles sub-themes. The images are not the best quality, but they’re good enough for you to make out the different sets that will be released early next year.

The first image (above) shows the LEGO City 2014 sets for the Police line. There are five System sets shown in the picture from left to right, including 60047 Police Station, 60046 Helicopter Air Surveillance, 60045 Police Sea Patrol, 60044 Mobile Police Unit and 60043 Prisoner Transport Van. Two more Police sets that are not on the image above are 60041 Crook Pursuit and 60042 High Speed Police Chase.

The second image (above) depicts 2014’s line of LEGO City Great Vehicles sets. There has been rumours flying around over the last couple of months about these sets, but now we have the image above and the official names for the sets.

The sets that are included in the picture are: 60053 Octan Race Car, 60057 Camper Van with Canoe, 60055 Monster Truck, 60059 Wood Transporter, 60058 Jeep with two Jet Skis, 60054 Repair Truck, 60061 Airport Fire Engine, 60056 Breakdown Truck and 60060 Vehicle Transporter.
